Terma dan Syarat berikut ("Terma dan Syarat") mengawal pembelian produk yang telah anda pilih dalam bakul anda di kurtwoods.com ("Produk"). Istilah “Metro” merujuk kepada Metro (Private) Limited (UEN 195700030E), sebuah syarikat yang diperbadankan di Singapura dan mempunyai pejabat berdaftarnya di 12 Ang Mo Kio Street 65, #05-01 Singapore 569060.
MELAKUKAN TEMPAHAN
Apabila anda membuat pesanan untuk membeli Produk, pesanan anda merupakan tawaran untuk membeli Produk. Metro mempunyai budi bicara mutlak untuk menolak pesanan anda tanpa sebarang sebab. Semua pesanan tertakluk kepada penerimaan oleh Metro. Metro boleh menerima pesanan sepenuhnya atau sebahagian. Pesanan anda diterima apabila Metro mengesahkan pesanan anda melalui mel elektronik. Pembatalan tertakluk kepada budi bicara Metro dan polisi semasa.
KESEDIAAN, PENERANGAN DAN HARGA
Ketersediaan, penerangan dan harga Produk adalah seperti yang dinyatakan dalam senarai produk Metro.com.sg. Semua harga dinyatakan dalam Dolar Singapura, termasuk Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan. Semua Produk adalah pada asas "seadanya" dan "sebagaimana tersedia". Metro tidak akan bertanggungjawab dalam apa jua cara untuk sebarang ketidaktepatan dan ketidaklengkapan berkaitan ketersediaan, penerangan dan harga Produk yang dinyatakan dalam senarai produk Metro.com.sg. Semua item yang tersedia untuk pembelian dalam talian tidak dijamin berada dalam stok semasa pemprosesan pesanan. Jika kami tidak dapat memenuhi pesanan anda, anda akan ditawarkan alternatif atau diberi bayaran balik untuk produk yang tidak tersedia.
Sebarang diskaun dan rebat yang ditawarkan adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat. Semua diskaun dan rebat yang ditawarkan boleh ditarik balik/dibatalkan oleh Metro tanpa notis. Semua hadiah percuma tersedia selagi stok masih ada. Hadiah percuma tidak boleh ditukar.
PEMBAYARAN
Semua pembayaran hendaklah tertakluk kepada kaedah pembayaran serta terma dan syarat penyedia perkhidmatan pembayaran kami. Anda mesti membaca terma dan syarat penyedia perkhidmatan pembayaran sebelum membeli Produk.
Pelan pembayaran ansuran (IPP)
Terma & Syarat (Berkuat kuasa 15 Jan 2019)
- IPP adalah terpakai untuk pesanan dengan pembayaran yang dibuat dengan Kad Kredit UOB sahaja.
- Ansuran 6 bulan tersedia untuk pembelian minimum $500 dalam satu pesanan / transaksi di kedai Metro.com.sg dan Metro dengan pembayaran dibuat oleh Kad Kredit UOB.

KOLEKSI DAN PENGHANTARAN
Sila tunjukkan Resit Pengesahan Pesanan anda untuk mengambil barangan anda. Anda boleh mengumpul pembelian dalam talian anda di kedai di Kaunter Perkhidmatan Pelanggan kami.

Metro.com.sg boleh menghantar ke semua alamat tempatan (Singapura). Rujuk caj dan jadual di bawah.
CAJ PENGHANTARAN
Caj penghantaran sebanyak S$ 3.50 dikenakan untuk pesanan di bawah S$100
Penghantaran percuma dalam Singapura terpakai untuk pesanan melebihi S$100
PENGHANTARAN KE LUAR NEGARA
Penghantaran ke luar negara tertakluk kepada lokasi dan caj pengangkutan akan ditanggung oleh pelanggan. Caj pengangkutan akan diberi dikira berdasarkan lokasi dan berat isipadu. Bayaran caj pengangkutan mesti dipenuhi sebelum barang dihantar keluar. E-mel metroonline@metro.com.sg, sekiranya anda mempunyai sebarang pertanyaan mengenai penghantaran ke luar negara.
BAGAIMANA SAYA BOLEH SEMAK STATUS PENGHANTARAN SAYA?
Anda boleh menghubungi kami di 6835 3322 dari hari Isnin hingga Ahad dari jam 11 pagi hingga 8 malam. Sebagai alternatif, hantarkan e-mel kepada kami dengan ID pesanan anda di metroonline@metro.com.sg
PEMBAYARAN & PEMBATALAN
Pembatalan tempahan di bawah IPP hanya dibenarkan sekiranya barangan yang ditempah tidak dipenuhi dan dihantar melalui Metro. Sekiranya berlaku pembatalan, bayaran balik adalah dalam bentuk Baucar Kredit Metro. Anda dikehendaki memenuhi kitaran ansuran kepada bank sehingga pembayaran selesai.
RISIKO KEHILANGAN DAN KEROSAKAN
Risiko kehilangan dan kerosakan Produk berpindah kepada anda pada tarikh Produk dihantar ke Alamat Penghantaran atau diambil oleh anda. Metro akan mengekalkan hak milik kepada Produk sehingga masa pembayaran untuk Produk telah dilaksanakan.
PEMULANGAN DAN PERTUKARAN
Pemulangan adalah tertakluk kepada budi bicara Metro dan polisi semasa. Sekiranya pemulangan dibenarkan, bayaran balik sama ada dalam bentuk baucar kredit atau jumlah yang akan dikembalikan akan dikreditkan semula ke kad kredit yang digunakan untuk pembelian.
LIABILITI
Metro mengecualikan semua representasi, waranti, syarat dan terma (sama ada nyata atau tersirat oleh statut, common law atau sebaliknya) yang dibenarkan sepenuhnya oleh undang-undang. Metro tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kerosakan yang tidak dapat dijangkakan dengan munasabah yang timbul daripada atau mengenai Produk dan penggunaan Metro.com.sg.
Kecuali lanjutan yang diperlukan oleh undang-undang yang terpakai, Metro tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada mana-mana orang untuk sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan yang mungkin timbul daripada penggunaan atau pergantungan pada mana-mana kandungan atau maklumat yang dipaparkan di Metro.com.sg.
Metro tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada anda atau mana-mana pihak untuk sebarang kerosakan, kerugian, perbelanjaan atau kos apa pun (termasuk tanpa had, sebarang kerosakan langsung, tidak langsung, khas, sampingan atau berbangkit, atau kerugian ekonomi atau kehilangan peluang) yang timbul daripada atau dalam sambungan dengan penggunaan Metro.com.sg anda, atau pergantungan pada sebarang maklumat, bahan atau perkhidmatan dalam talian yang disediakan di Metro.com.sg, tanpa mengira bentuk tindakan dan walaupun Metro telah dinasihatkan tentang kemungkinan kerosakan tersebut. Klausa pengecualian ini akan berkuat kuasa sepenuhnya dibenarkan oleh undang-undang Singapura.
Dalam apa jua keadaan, dan walau apa pun yang terkandung dalam Terma dan Syarat, liabiliti agregat maksimum Metro dalam kontrak, tort (termasuk kecuaian atau pelanggaran kewajipan berkanun) atau sebaliknya yang timbul daripada atau mengenai penggunaan Metro.com.sg oleh anda adalah terhad kepada harga Produk yang dibeli dari Metro.com.sg
PENGECUALIAN/TIDAK SAH
Kegagalan Metro untuk mendesak pelaksanaan ketat mana-mana peruntukan di sini tidak akan dianggap sebagai penepian hak dan remedinya. Ketidaksahan mana-mana peruntukan Terma dan Syarat tidak akan menjejaskan kesahihan atau kebolehkuatkuasaan peruntukan yang selebihnya.
KESELURUHAN PERJANJIAN
Terma dan Syarat menggantikan semua perwakilan, pemahaman dan perjanjian terdahulu antara Metro dan anda.
VARIASI
Metro berhak untuk mengubah suai Terma dan Syarat mengikut budi bicara Metro. Pengubahsuaian sedemikian akan berkuat kuasa serta-merta.
UNDANG-UNDANG YANG BERKENAAN
Terma dan Syarat akan ditadbir oleh dan ditafsirkan di bawah undang-undang Singapura. Anda bersetuju untuk menyerahkan kepada bidang kuasa eksklusif mahkamah Singapura berhubung dengan dan/atau mengenai Terma dan Syarat.
Placing An Order
When you place an order to purchase the Products, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products.
By placing your order, you are deemed to have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply when you place an order with us via the website www.kwoods.com.sg. We have the absolute discretion to reject your order without providing any reason. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us. We may accept an order in full or in part.
We have the absolute discretion to cancel part or whole of your order, even after acceptance, without providing any reason. However, as far as practicable, we will endeavour to inform you of the reason for such cancellation, such as unavailability of the Product(s) or non-receipt of payment. Upon such cancellation, we shall no longer be bound to deliver the relevant Product(s) to you and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.
Availability, Description and Price
All Products are advertised for sale on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The availability, description and prices of the Products. stated in the kwoods.com.sg product list may not be accurate at the time of viewing. We will not be liable in any way for any inaccuracy and incompleteness in relation to the availability, descriptions and prices of the Products stated in kwoods.com.sg product list.
All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be given a refund for the cancelled order.
Any discounts and rebates offered are subject to further terms and conditions. All discounts and rebates offered may be withdrawn/cancelled by us at any time without notice. All free gifts are available whilst stocks last. Free gifts are not exchangeable.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of Goods and Service Tax.
Payment
All payments shall be subject to the payment methods and terms and conditions of the payment systems used by us and/or our payment service providers. You must read the terms and conditions of such payment systems and/or payment service providers before making payment for the Products.
Collection and Delivery
Please present your Order Confirmation Receipt for self-collection of your merchandise. You can self-collect your online purchases in-store at our K/WOODS Shop at: Metro Paragon, L3.
kwoods.com.sg can deliver to all local addresses within Singapore Mainland.
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge of S$5 applies to orders below S$150 (after any discounts and rebates).
Free delivery within Singapore Mainland is applicable to orders above S$150 (after any discounts and rebates).
How can I check the status of my delivery?
You may contact us at 8031 5015 daily between 10am – 9pm, or send us an email with your order ID at support@kwoods.com.sg
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation of orders by you are only allowed if the Products ordered have not been fulfilled or picked up by our delivery service providers. In the event of a cancellation, refund will be credited back to the same mode of payment used to pay for purchase.
Risk of Loss and Damage
Risk of loss and damage of the Products passes to you on the date that the Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by you to us or are collected by you from us. Kwoods.com.sg shall retain title to the Products until such time as payment for the Products has been received by us.
Returns and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are subjected to our discretion and prevailing policies. Should returns be allowed, refunds will be in the form of Metro credit vouchers.
For returns and exchanges, please present the Product(s) in its original packaging, and order details or proof of purchase at K/WOODS Shop at Metro Paragon, L3.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept return or exchange of any Product that appears to have been used, tampered with or damaged by you, that is not presented to us in its original packaging, or is otherwise not in a resaleable condition. We further reserve the right to refuse to accept return or exchange of any Product if you are unable to furnish proof of purchase to our satisfaction.
Returns and exchanges shall only be provided in respect of Products. Gift-with-purchase items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Liability
You shall have the responsibility to inspect any Product upon delivery or collection. Save for any warranties as may be implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we hereby exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or about the Products and your use of our website kwoods.com.sg.
Except to the extent required by law, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed at kwoods.com.sg.
We will not be liable to you or any party for any damage, losses, expenses or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss of opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products, our website kwoods.com.sg, or reliance on any information, materials or online services provided at kwoods.com.sg, regardless of the form of action and even if we had been advised as to the possibility of such damages.
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, our maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise arising out of or in relation to your use of any Product or our website kwoods.com.sg shall be limited to the price paid by you for the relevant Product purchased from kwoods.com.sg.
Waiver/Invalidity
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of any of our rights and remedies. The invalidity of any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions supersedes all prior representations, understandings and agreements between us and you.
Variation
We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Such modification will be effective immediately.
No Third-Party Rights
A person who is not a party to the contract of sale of any Product by us to you has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in the event of any dispute in relation to and/or arising from the Terms and Conditions.
